-ST 1 Rolling Machine
Main actions:
1. It can be used to produce several variants.
2. The adjustment of rolling shape is achieved by adjusting the gap among the three rubber covered rollers.
ST2: V-bending and lock seaming machine
Main actions:
1. Manually carry out v-bending, then seaming.
2. It can be used to produce several variants through changing the corresponding seaming tool.
3. Tensile strength: ≥1800N/50mm
The overall frame of this machine is made of welded steel plates, and is powered by a water-cooled hydraulic station with an output pressure of 30T.
This machine adopts an integrated mold, the lower part is for V-bending, and the upper part is for lock-seaming.
During the V-bending process, it is necessary to manually grasp the blank with both hands.
The punches and matrixes of lock-seaming mould can be replaced quickly, which is convenient for later maintenance.

The control cabinet is fixed on the machine with foot switch.
ST3: Grooving Machine
Main actions:
1. The electrical integration design of the grooving machine facilitates the machine transfer. Use metal plate + meshes for protection (as shown in the picture).
2. Design two-hand pneumatic switches with grating protection. All safety doors are designed with mechanical locks.
3. Use SEW motor to drive the inner bracing modules.
4. The grooving assembly is driven by a servo motor.
5. Adjust the grooving position and depth through HMI.
ST4: Manual assembling & screwing table
1. Use air cylinder to press the drum wrapper and drum bottom tight.
2. Manual screwing: 2 persons at the same time
3. Equip 2 screwing guns.
4. It can be used to produces 3 models through changing the locating block.
5. The changeover can be done within 10 minutes.
ST5: Edge wrapping & curling machine
1. The electrical integration design of the grooving machine facilitates the machine transfer. Use metal plate + meshes for protection (as shown in the picture).
2. Design two-hand pneumatic switches with grating protection. All safety doors are designed with mechanical locks.
3. Use SEW motor to drive the inner bracing modules.
4. The curling and edge wrapping assembly is driven by a servo motor.
5. Adjust the curling and edge wrapping positions through HMI.
ST6: Run-out measuring machine
1. Manually fix the drum on the test jig and place the test ring.
2. The drum rotates slowly driven by the servo motor.
3. Using digital display dial gauge feedback run-out data, run-out data ≤ 2.0.
4. For different drums, it is necessary to make inspection jigs and rings of different specifications.
