ST1: Clinching
1. Clinching operation is driven by servo electric cylinder.
2. Choose TOX clinching tools.
3. 4mm cliching tools are recommended. The specific model shall be determined according to material test report provided by TOX.
4. Clinching matrix shall be applied with oil.
5. Guide rails and sliders are all designed with auto lubrication system.
ST3: U-bending of side-back-side flat
1.Use the conveyor belt to send the side-back-side flat into the bending equipment.
2.The bending mechanism is driven by the electric cylinder to move downward to complete the bending.
3.Use the robot to grip the product and enter the next pre-assemble station.
4.In order to be compatible with 710mm and 630mm models, the corresponding parts of the intermediate positioning mechanism needs to be manually replaced.
ST4: Hot melt dispensing & pre-assembling
1.Use transfer to load the Top & Bottom to the loading position;
2.The conveyor line moves horizontally to the right for hot melt dispensing work;
3.Use professional one-component hot melt supply system to realize curve dispensing by robot.
4.Finally, the qualified products will be at the unloading/pre-assembling position, to be taken by a robot.
ST5: Roll seaming
1.Use full servo to drive the rolls.
2.The internal support die is designed according to the actual product.
3.Configure the robot hand to realize automatic loading and unloading.
4.Stand-alone machine cycle time ≤ 15s.
5.In order to be compatible with 710mm and 630mm models, the corresponding parts of the intermediate positioning mechanism needs to be manually replaced.
ST6: Flanging
1.The hydraulic system drives the middle support module to expand outward.
2.The outer positioning mechanism is hydraulically driven to move inward.
3.Self-lubricating materials are used for the parts of the guide mechanism.
4.Cycle time of flanging machine: ≤10s.
5.To produce 710mm and 630mm models, two flanging machines are required.
ST7: Sealing support forming line
1.The incoming material of the sealing frame is in a coil state, so a decoiler will be prepared.
2.The forming machine completes the forming of the sealed frame shape.
3.Because the cutting machine needs to be compatible with 710mm and 630mm models, the bottom needs to be driven by a servo motor.
4.For the bending action, because of the difference between the two models, the positioning mechanism also needs to be adjusted by a servo motor.
5.The cutting mechanism needs to be driven pneumatically.
ST7: Sealing support clinching
1.Clinching operation is driven by servo electric cylinder to realize common production of 710mm and 630mm models.
2.Choose TOX clinching tools.
3.5mm cliching tools are recommended. The specific model shall be determined according to material test report provided by TOX.
4.Clinching matrix shall be applied with oil.
5.Guide rails and sliders are all designed with auto lubrication system.
ST8: Frame reinforcement clinching
ST8.1: Clinching hinge plate (left/right) with tub is achieved through 2 electric servo cylinders with 6mm TOX clinching tools.
ST8.2: Manually put 3 parts into the conveyor line in the specified direction, to be grabbed by robot into clinching machine.
ST8.3: One Tub is grabbed by robot and put in the clinching position, 3 reinforcements are grabbed by robot and put in the clinching machine, to finish the clinching of frame reinforcements with Tub.
ST8.4: Corner clinching of frame reinforcements, with loading and unloading by robots.
ST8: Frame reinforcement clinching
1.Clinching operation is driven by servo motor to realize common production of 710mm and 630mm models.
2.Choose TOX clinching tools.
3.6mm cliching tools are recommended. The specific model shall be determined according to material test report provided by TOX.
4.Clinching matrix shall be applied with oil.
5.Guide rails and sliders are all designed with auto lubrication system.
