Active turntable

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Description: 
1. Active turntable: It is composed of main turntable, spindle box, reduction motor, etc. and is installed on the main frame. 
2. Main turntable: It is a welded part used for profiling and positioning the front and rear covers during processing. It is installed on the spindle box. The front and rear covers of different diameters need to be switched manually.
3. Spindle box: used to transmit the power of the reduction motor, composed of the main shaft, bearings, bearing seats, box body, etc., and equipped with an automatic lubrication device 
inside. 4. Rotary reduction motor: the power source of the entire mechanism, the motor transmits power to the spindle box through the chain, and drives the main turntable to rotate.
 

Follow-up turntable

Description: 
1. Follow-up turntable: It is composed of auxiliary turntable, auxiliary shaft box, traverse motor, etc., and is installed on the main frame. 
2. Auxiliary turntable: It is a welded part used for profiling and positioning the front and rear covers during processing. It is installed on the auxiliary shaft box. Front and rear covers of different diameters need to be switched manually.
3. Countershaft Box: This is used for follow-up and consists of the main shaft, bearings, bearing seats, and a housing. It is equipped with an automatic lubrication 
system. 4. Transverse Motor: This uses a rack and pinion to achieve left and right movement of the 
follow-up turntable. 5. Support Platform: This is used to support the inner drum and is powered by a motor. It is installed in front of the follow-up turntable.
 

 

 

Molded wheel set

Description: 
1. Forming wheel group: It consists of a frame, a transposition motor, a biting wheel group, a folding wheel group, a flattening wheel group, a cylinder, etc. The main structure is installed on the main frame.
2. Biting wheel set: Driven by one hydraulic cylinder, one wheel is used to bite the product before folding. The wheel is made of SKH51 material and needs to be manually switched 
for different products. 
3. Flanging wheel set: Driven by three hydraulic cylinders, two wheels are used to fold the product before pressing. The wheels are made of SKH51 material and need to be manually 
switched for different products.
4. Pressing wheel group: Driven by a cylinder, a wheel is used to flatten the product. The wheel is made of SKH51 material and is compatible with different products. 
5. Transposition motor: The position switching between the follower wheel groups is achieved through the gear rack.
 

Change of workwear

Description: 
1. Turntable Change Position: After the follower turntable rests against the main turntable, use tooling to connect and secure the main and auxiliary turntables. Remove the main turntable, move the follower turntable backward, remove the auxiliary turntable, and then hoist the machine away. 
2. Forming Wheel Set Change Position (Except for the Folding Wheel): Driven by the change motor, the forming wheel set moves to the change position, the hydraulic cylinder descends, and the wheels are manually changed. 
3. Folding Wheel Set Change: Manual wheel changes are performed by lowering the hydraulic cylinder in place.
